According to NBC 2 in Fort Myers, a school resource officer at Baker Early Learning Center on East Charlotte Avenue in Punta Gorda arrested 63-year-old Anthony Del Priore Thursday.
Investigators say Del Priore kicked a chair out from under a four-year-old as they tried to sit down, and the child hit their head.
Del Priore is also accused of hitting another four-year-old twice on the head before grabbing the child's mouth and pulling their head back.
A food delivery driver witnessed the incidents and reported them.
