Lack Of Rain Leads To Low Discharge Rates From Lake Okeechobee

Less water is flowing out of Lake Okeechobee.

The Army Corps of Engineers says that it will stop water discharges to the east and cut back the water that's sent west.

The corps says a lack of rainfall means it can cut back on the amount of water that's sent to the St. Lucie and Caloosahatchee rivers.
