The deputy blamed for not confronting Nikolas Cruz during the tragic and deadly shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, is scheduled to appear before a panel investigating the school shooting.
The panel released the interviews it has planned for next week's meetings.
Former Broward County Deputy Scot Peterson is scheduled to testify a week from today (Wednesday, October 10).
When asked on Tuesday if Peterson would appear, his lawyer told the South Florida Sun Sentinel "no comment."
