Jury Selection Continues In Retrial For Triple-Murder Suspect

Jury selection has been continuing Tuesday in Broward County where Pablo Ibar is going on trial again for his alleged role in a triple-murder.

Ibar has gone to trial three times for the 1994 murders of Butch Casey Sukarski, Sharon Anderson, and Marie Rogers in Miramar.

He even spent 16 years on death row before his conviction was overturned.

The "Sun-Sentinel" reports that prosecutors have new DNA evidence that puts Ibar at the scene of the crime.

An alleged accomplice, Seth Penalver, is already on death row.
