The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting at an Orlando hospital.

Three police officers shot and killed 33-year-old Brian Baker in the emergency room at Orlando Regional Medical Center on Monday morning.

Police say Baker had claimed to have a gun and the officers opened fire when he made a motion as if reaching for a weapon in his waistband.

It turned out Baker was unarmed.
