Michelle Obama To Host Voting Rally In Miami

In the coming weeks, iHeartMedia will be launching a national nonpartisan voter registration program called "When We All Vote."

The overall effort of WWEA is to encourage a common expectation for voter participation – not to sway one way or another but to unify around the idea that our democracy works best when we all participate!

The "When We All Vote” campaign is being spearheaded by former first lady Michele Obama.  She will soon be kicking off nonpartisan campaign events, with the first starting in Miami.

Mrs. Obama recently launched When We All Vote along with a number of other Co-Chairs including Chris Paul, Janelle Monae and Tom Hanks. The group says that they "are on a mission to change the culture around voting and increase participation in this and every election."

On Friday, Sept. 28, Michelle Obama will headline a Week of Action event at the University of Miami's Watsco Center

The National Week of Action takes place September 22 - 29th when communities across the country, through the help and support of volunteers, will host voter registration events in cities large and small.

This event is free and open to the public. You can sign up to attend here
