Jury Selection Begins In Case Of Man Accused Of Murdering Father In Boca

They've only got *some* of a body as evidence, but the prosecution believes they will be able to prove a former Michigan judge was murdered by his son in Boca Raton.

Jury selection will begin on Tuesday in the first-degree murder trial of James “Jimmy” Scandirito.

Scandirito was indicted by a grand jury which found he killed his 74-year-old father by “utilizing unspecified means.”

Cops found partial remains of the former judge in a shallow grave on an abandoned golf course.
