Could Lack Of Confidence In Trump Hurt The DeSantis Campaign?

A new national poll regarding President Donald Trump could prove to be problematic for Florida Republican nominee for governor Ron DeSantis.

The Quinnipiac survey finds that, by a two-to-one margin, voters believe anonymous allegations that senior aides work behind the president's back to keep him from making what the aides believe are bad decisions.

More than half of voters disapprove of the job Trump is doing and do not believe he is fit for office, while 60-percent say he is not honest.

DeSantis was endorsed by Trump and closely aligned himself with the president during the primary campaign.
