Developers of a downtown Miami condo will pay you not to have a car.
The Melo Group says it will take $100 off monthly rent for residents at Square Station, located at 1424 NE Miami Place, if they don't use the parking there.
The developers tell "Fast Company" that their apartments are right next to the Metro Mover and they want to encourage the use of more public transportation.
They say Millennials are more willing to give up their cars and take a train or bus.
