Attorney For Stand Your Ground Shooter Seeks To Lessen Bond

Michael Drejka, the man who claimed self-defense in a fatal Clearwater parking lot shooting, remains in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

His attorney, Lysa Clifton, says she'll ask a judge to reduce the bond.  Clifton calls it ridiculous in view of Drejka's financial circumstances and says lower bonds have been set in similar cases.

Drejka is charged with manslaughter for the shooting death of Markeis McGlockton during a dispute over a handicapped parking space last month.
