An officer with the Florida Department of Corrections is facing child pornography charges.
Acting on a tip, agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement searched the home of 40-year-old Tony Daniel Holowaty.
During the search, authorities they say they found evidence of child porn and seized digital devices for further analysis.
Holowaty was arrested yesterday on ten counts of possessing child pornography.
He's being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.
