There's been another victory for David Beckham in his quest to score a Miami soccer stadium.
A judge on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by William Muir filed last month, stating that the attorney had no standing in the case.
Muir tried to argue the mayor and city officials ignored the city charter, and they didn't give the public time to bid on the publicly owned Melreese Country Club.
Voters are set to cast ballots in November on the proposed soccer facility.
