More details have been learned about the accused Parkland shooter. On Friday a report was released on Nikolas Cruz's past in the Broward County School system. The documents were mostly blacked out, but when copied and pasted into another document, those parts are visible. Such as Cruz being kicked out of Pre-Kindergarten at the age of 3. Also that he requested to be put back in special ed, but the district did not follow through.The independent review states that the Broward County Schools should've done more to help Cruz two years before the shooting rampage.
