President Donald Trump is pushing for stricter voter ID.
At a rally in Tampa on Tuesday night, Trump said only American citizens should be allowed to vote in U.S. elections.
He insisted that people (potential voters) need photo IDs to buy many products and services and should be required to produce state-issued IDs to vote.
The president also claimed some Democrats are pushing to give illegal immigrants the right to vote. Trump does not agree with their tactics, he said.
