Florida Must Allow Early Voting At College, Universities

The state of Florida must now allow early voting at state colleges and universities.

U.S. District Judge Mark Walker ruled on Tuesday that a 2014 state opinion banning the use of campus buildings for early voting is unconstitutional and reveals "a stark pattern of discrimination."

Walker wrote that "throwing up roadblocks in front of younger voters does not remotely serve the public interest."

Secretary of State Ken Detzner has until Friday to let the judge know that he'll obey the ruling.
