Clearwater SYG Shooter May Have History Of Confrontation, Report Says

The shooter in a deadly Stand Your Ground case out of Clearwater, Florida, may have a history of confrontation, reports say.

A truck driver says he also once got into a heated argument with Michael Drejka over the same convenience store handicapped parking spot where Markeis McGlockton was gunned down.

The trucker says Drejka, who is white, threatened to shoot him and also used the N word.

Drejka was also once accused of displaying a gun during a road rage incident.

Pinellas County's Sheriff cites Stand Your Ground for not filing charges in the most recent case.

Florida Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump has been hired to represent the McGlockton family.

Surveillance video of the incident shows McGlockton pushing Drejka to the ground before Drejka shoots and kills McGlockton.

Crump also represented Trayvon Martin's family after he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in a stand your ground case in Sanford six years ago.
