Though the news may not have been so great for our Miami Marlins, the Tampa Bay Rays are celebrating a franchise first.
At Tropicana Field on Sunday, Daniel Robertson hit the first walk-off grand slam in Rays history.
That move led the Rays to a 6-to-4 come-from-behind victory over the Miami Marlins.
Robertson was pinch-hitting for catcher Adam Moore and had been in a slump with just three hits in his past 26 at-bats.
The win enabled Tampa Bay to avoid a series sweep by the Marlins.
