Sticking to a diet is rough enough... but maybe it's not actually your fault.
According to a new survey, 25 percent of Americans say they've failed a diet because their partner has tempted them.
A poll of 2,000 U.S. adults reveals the other top reasons people fail diets include:
- Not having enough time to meal prep
- Having treats around the holidays
- Unhealthy choices at social gatherings
- Treating themselves
- Stress related to work
The top foods people indulge in to ruin their diets are:
- Pizza
- Ice cream
- Chips
- Chocolate
