Miami Beach police detectives think they know who hit a man on Miami Beach over the holiday weekend and left him to die, and they're calling it murder.
Investigators have arrested Latravia Reed saying she met the victim at a bar and together they agreed to try to buy drugs.
She's accused of using his ATM to withdraw $300, but they were unable to make the purchase.
They're caught on surveillance video at the Riviera Hotel.
That's when detectives say with Steven Beech's money and credit cards, Reed tried to take off.
He stepped in front of her car. The 33-year-old hit him and fled.
She supposedly confessed to everything but hitting Beech.
Reed is charged with first-degree murder, hit and run with death and robbery.She's being held without bond.
