Missing North Florida Girl, 12, May Be With Teenage Boy, Authorities Say

Police are searching for a missing North Florida girl who they believe may have been taken by a teenage boy. 

Officials in Santa Rosa County in Florida’s panhandle, along with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, have issued a missing persons alert for 12-year-old Emily Navarro.

The alert said she may be traveling with 18-year-old Elvin Murcia and that the two could be in a black Honda Civic with Tennessee license plates.

Navarro is 4’6” tall and weighs 130 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. 

Anyone with information is asked to call FDLE or the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office.
