A tent camp full of homeless sex offenders is being shut down. The Department of Health has ruled these makeshift homes to be a health hazard. A judge denied a motion to delay their eviction.Miami Dade Police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta tells NBC6 that only a handful of people have stayed behind.
