A new multi-million dollar recycling facility is set to open in the Town of Davie.
Dawn McCormick with Waste Management says it will take construction and demolition debris.
"It's especially important to the businesses and the industries in Broward County. If you're constructing a new building, constructing a new home and you have material that normally would be waste, if you bring it to us, we can recycle it," said McCormick.
She says the opening is a part of Waste Management's commitment to increase recycling throughout Florida for construction and demolition debris. The facility will open Sunday, May 13.
