Starbucks Introduces "Cold Foam" Topping In Time For Iced Coffee Season

It's nearly iced coffee season, and Starbucks wants to make your cold drinks more exciting.

The coffee chain has therefore introduced 'cold foam.'

The stuff is said to be made using a special blender that whips non-fat milk very quickly to create a texture similar to melted ice cream, but there's little sugar and no cream involved.

You can add it to any iced drink for about 50 cents, just as you'd add whipped cream or an extra shot of espresso.
