A Palm Beach County man is accused of using his cell phone to film underage girls changing clothes inside of a mall's dressing room, authorities said.
An employee at the PacSun store inside the Palm Beach Gardens Mall said he saw 24-year-old Sean Powers bend down near the changing areas, pull out his phone and place it inside the room where three 14-year-old girls were inside.
Authorities said Power fled the mall before security could arrive, but officers later pulled his car over.
Power was arrested Monday evening and now faces charges of video voyeurism, officials said.
He is being held on $15,000 bond and has been ordered to not have any contact with malls or people under the age of 18.
The victims told police they did not see the phone at all while they were inside the room.
