Police are searching for one of two suspects following an early Friday morning burglary that led to a chase in Cutler Bay.
Officers were notified of a robbery around 2:30 a.m. at a smoke shop near South Dixie Highway and Southwest 184th Street.
While chasing the suspects, officers say stolen items from the shop were scattered all over the road.
The store’s owner said it's not the first time a robbery has rattled his store. “We’ll probably have to take care of all of this on our own, but there’s the doors damaged and I haven’t yet seen how much other damage might be inside.”
Miami-Dade Police are now searching for the second suspect.
