SeaWorld says it's "the right time" to find a new CEO.
The aquarium/theme park company announced Tuesday that Joel Manby has stepped down after three years on the job.
That news came as SeaWorld released its latest earnings report, which showed fourth-quarter revenues and attendance were both down from the same period the year before.
The company has struggled to restore its public image since the 2013 release of the documentary "Blackfish," featuring allegations of animal abuse at SeaWorld and the story of Tilikum, the orca that killed a trainer at its Orlando park.
