Port St. Lucie City Attorney Resigns Amid Reports Of Sexism In Office

Port St. Lucie's city attorney is off the job following complaints of sexism in his office.

Reginald Osenton resigned from his position this week.

Local news outlets are reporting that an investigative report from the city's human resources director shows that staff members were concerned the women in the office were being held to different standards than the men.

One example listed in the report mentioned a male employee being given a regular schedule with consistent breaks, while women were expected to sometimes work through their breaks.

Osenton made $190,000 each year.

He'll get a severance package from the city worth more than $76,000.
