Deputies will carry rifles on school grounds in Broward County in the wake of the Parkland school shooting.Broward Sheriff Scott Israel making the announcement yesterday. He says they'll only be allowed to store them in their locked patrol cars until such time as they can secure gun locks and lockers. Sheriff Israel says "Schools as soft targets need to be fortified."
