In TripAdvisor most recent Travelers' Choice Awards, Florida's very own Clearwater Beach has been named best beach in the U.S.
The Pinellas County beach also won the top spot in 2016, but dropped to No. 4 last year as Siesta Beach down near Sarasota took the top spot.
Florida beaches claimed six of the top 10 and eight of the top 25 spots on the list, which was based on the quantity and quality of reader reviews in the TripAdvisor community.
Siesta Beach clocked in at number two this year. Other Florida beaches on the list are:
- South Beach (No. 4)
- Fort Lauderdale Beach (No. 6)
- St. Pete Beach (No. 7)
- Hollywood Beach (No. 8)
- Panama City Beach (No. 11)
- Fort Myers Beach (No. 14)
Clearwater Beach was also named seventh best beach in the world.
