Airbnb is injecting more and more money into Florida's economy.
In 2017, the vacation rental platform collected and returned to the government more than $33-million in sales tax revenue.
An additional nearly $13-million was paid for in local bed taxes.
Between May and December, Miami-Dade collected more than $3-million, while Broward collected nearly $2-million in bed taxes.
