Could A Positive Attitude Lower Your Risk Of Dementia? It Looks Like It...

When it comes to life, having a good attitude is usually going to help, no matter your situation.

But now a new study also shows that having an upbeat view on aging might help you avoid dementia in old age.

Scientists found that people with positive beliefs about aging had a nearly 44 percent lower risk of developing dementia over the next four years compared to those with less positive outlooks.

Forty-four percent! That's quite a significant number!

Still, the findings only show an association between people's beliefs and their dementia risk.
