An oil tanker truck leaked fuel along U.S. 27 and Interstate 75 after a major crash Friday morning.
Broward Sheriff’s Office tweeted that a tanker truck was involved in a crash with another semi-truck. One of the trucks began leaking fuel onto the highway, which caused U.S. 27 northbound to be shut down and southbound traffic to be heavily delayed.
BSO is currently advising commuters to be patient or seek alternate routes.
Deputies have yet to comment on any injuries.
