A male was shot in Liberty City on Thursday and later died at Jackson Memorial Hospital, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.
The shooting occurred in the area of 6403 N.W. 12 Avenue.
Witnesses reported hearing about four gunshots.
The fatal shooting in Liberty City follows the killing of a 16-year-old in Little Haiti on Wednesday.
The victim has not yet been identified. No word on whether or not a suspect is in custody.
The case remains under investigation.
