A mosquito control worker was found face-down in a Florida creek where he had been sent to conduct tests.
The Tampa Bay Times reports a park ranger found the body of 63-year-old Rafael Lorenzo Ufret Ortiz on Monday.
Pinellas County Sheriff's officials say the death isn't believed to be suspicious but the cause is not yet known.
Officials say Ortiz was a spray technician and was last seen about 7:30 a.m. going to the creek. Someone reported that a county truck appeared to be stuck along the easement, with a door open, about 11:45 a.m.
Officials say Ortiz had worked for the county since 2002.
An investigation continues.
