Police Say Man Intentionally Caused Crash To Point Out Busy Intersection

A Florida man is accused of intentionally causing a crash at a busy intersection because he was angry about people driving dangerously in the area.

Bruce John Homer, 61, allegedly told Lake County Sheriff's Office deputies he was frustrated authorities weren't cracking down on people running through a stop sign at the intersection.

The driver of the SUV that was hit Sunday afternoon says Homer pulled out in front of him as he was going through the intersection.

The driver says Homer approached him after the crash, telling him he'd run the stop sign and law enforcement "won't do anything until someone dies."

Homer is charged with aggravated battery and reckless driving.
