After having an affair with her daughter's husband, a Jupiter woman attempted to run him over and kill him with her Mercedes Benz.
Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, was arrested on Sept. 20 on a charge of aggravated assault.
According to an arrest report, Davis was upset with the 33-year-old man for ruining her own relationship with her daughter by admitting the two had been involved in an affair.
Davis allegedly went to the home of the couple and threw eggs at both the house and cars. Police also witnessed Davis driving towards the man in the front of the house in an attempt to run him over.
Davis' daughter and the man are currently going through a divorce,
Davis has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
