(New York, NY) -- Disgraced former Congressman Anthony Wiener will be heading to prison for 21 months in a teen sexting case. A federal judge handed down the sentence today in Manhattan Federal Court. An emotional Wiener fought back tears and called this crime his "rock bottom" while reading a prepared statement beforehand. His lawyers had requested probation and said their client simply has a deep sickness. Weiner pleaded guilty in May to sexting an underage high school student from North Carolina. He will also have to register as a sex offender for at least 20 years.
