Thousands of Floridians in the central region of the state still don't have power -- even days after Duke Energy and FP&L promised it would all be restored.
Duke is apologizing to customers, and says it is still trying to figure out what went wrong.
The utility says it has 4,000 line workers in Orange and Seminole Counties, and continues to bring in more crews to assist in the restoration efforts.
