The city of Coral Gables is ready to sue FPL. The city's attorney says power has not been restored fast enough.In a letter he demands that power be restored to all homes in Coral Gables by 11:45 Sunday night. If FPL doesn't make that happen, the city's lawyer says they could be paying fines of up to $15,000 a day. FPL says that they're setting up a restoration site in Coral Gables Sunday afternoon.
