LOOK: U.S.C.G. Delivers Food, Supplies To Floridians In Need

Crews aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Forward delivered supplies Thursday near Fort Myers and areas affected by Hurricane Irma.

Crews transported more than 2500 lbs of food, water, medicinal items and other aid. Those items will be distributed to those in need.

 The Forward is a 270-foot Medium Endurance Cutter home-ported in Portsmouth, Virginia.
