Family Of 3-Year-Old Boy Left In Van Sues Daycare Center For Negligence

The family of a child who died after being left in a daycare center van for eleven hours is suing Little Miracles Academy in Orlando.

The family claims the Little Miracles staff was negligent when it left 3-year-old Myles Hill in the vehicle all day two weeks ago.

The suit says the daycare center did not keep proper transportation logs and did not provide car seats for younger children.

The van driver, Deborah St. Charles, was arrested after admitting she did not take a head count.
