Police say pulled out an ax inside a Miramar 7-Eleven convenience store.
Police released video Thursday showing the incident at the convenience store on Pembroke Road.
The man was allegedly angry after clerks refused to sell him cigarettes because he didn’t have ID. Footage showed the man walking out and returning with the weapon in hand.
He demanded clerks sell him the cigarettes before his friend came in to get him, police said. No one was injured.
The suspect and his friend left in a truck with a trailer containing tree trimmings attached to it.
