Police are searching for a group of men who allegedly purse-snatched a woman in Davie.
According to Davie Police, the incident took place at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday outside of the Wal-Mart at 4301 S. University Drive.
The victim, identified as Kaitlin, was captured on surveillance video walking out of the store and into the parking lot. A minivan then pulled up next to her.
The victim says she "..felt an arm come out and grab my shoulder, my shirt, as well as my strap to my purse.”
Kaitlin fell to the ground as the van dragged her about 10 feet before the purse strap snapped.
The suspects got away with the victim's purse. She got away with a just a few cuts and scrapes.
Police believe the dark colored minivan in the surveillance video could be a Toyota Sienna.
Kaitlin said the man who grabbed her purse had dreadlocks.
The subjects remain at large.
