Boynton Beach Police Officer Baldino spotted a waterspout Thursday morning.
The department tweeted out the officer's photo, which was taken from the teen police academy at Intracoastal Park.
Just minutes before the picture was posted to Twitter, the National Weather Service in Miami had issued a special marine warning for morning showers off Palm Beach capable of producing waterspouts.
