"Cash Me Outside" Teen Sentenced To 5 Years Probation In Grand Theft Case

"Cash me outside" Boynton Beach teen Danielle Bregoli has been sentenced to five years of probation.

Bregoli, 14, appeared before a judge Wednesday to face a handful of charges, including a felony charge of grand theft, possession of marijuana and filing a false police report.

Both her parents were present with lawyers. Bregoli cried several times during the hearings, especially when her father addressed the court.

He told the judge he was worried about Danielle and accused her mother, Barbara Bregoli, of not supervising the teen properly and allowing her to go on the Dr. Phil show.

He said she's being pushed into bad behavior.

Danielle tried to convince the judge that she is a changed person.

However, the judge sentenced her to five years of probation.

That probation includes a 5 p.m. curfew. Bregoli also has to report to her probation officer on a regular basis, undergo a mental health evaluation and submit to regular drug tests.
