The Deauville Beach Resort on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was partially evacuated Tuesday morning after police say there was a fire in the electrical room in the back of the hotel.
Electricity was lost, but no injuries were reported, and some guests even stayed in the hotel throughout the duration of the electrical fire.
The hotel will be closed for business for at least one day while firefighters inspect the ares, so guests will have to be relocated.
