BRUSSELS (AP) — The center that monitors security threats in Belgium says soldiers "neutralized" a suspect at a Brussels train station. The Brussels prosecutor's office says there appears to be no civilian injuries or deaths from a train station explosion .

(Brussels) -- Belgian rail officials say rail traffic has been halted at Brussels' central station after reports of a small blast at the station.
The "Daily Mail Online" says Belgian Rail confirms all traffic has been halted. A picture on Twitter shows what appears to be flames in the train station, possibly from an explosion. ABC News reports a senior Belgian law enforcement official says a suspect has been shot by the military.
