SCOTUS To Consider Congressional Redistricting Case

The Supreme Court is considering a big case involving how congressional districts are drawn both in one state... and throughout the nation.

Justices will first take up a redistricting plan in Wisconsin.

Democrats say the district boundaries give Republicans a distinct partisan advantage. The process of so-called "gerrymandering" has a long and controversial history in the U.S.

If the high court rules that Wisconsin's plan is unconstitutional, it could have repercussions across the country.
