A former city of Gainsville employee is accused of stealing nearly $100,000 from taxpayers to pay for cable television, food, tolls and a Brazillian butt lift.
A Gainesville city report released Wednesday says Natwaina Clark, 33, stole $93,000 from the city, using $8,500 on the butt surgery. Other charges include gift cards, a drone quadrocopter and food items, among other things.
Clark was fired shortly before she was arrested last March 28 and charged with larceny and scheme to defraud.
She has pleaded not guilty. Clark's case remains under investigation by the Gainsville police department.
No trial has been set by the state attorney's office.
