A total of two dozen people have been displaced by an apartment complex fire that set ablaze in North Miami Tuesday morning.
The flames swirled just before 6:30 a.m. at the complex off Northeast 11th Avenue and 127th Street. Two units were affected by fire, while four others suffered smoke damage.
Up to this point, no injuries have been reported, but the owner of the unit where the fire began may be in the hospital as a precaution.
The Red Cross is assisting the four families that have been impacted by the flames.
Fire investigators are working to determine what started the fire.
